Netopus is a business of people for people.
Our customers are what keep us alive, and we take each customer
question and complaint seriously. Netopus complaints are handled
individually by trained customer service representatives. We
identify the specific issues that the customer is complaining
about, and research the customer’s history with Netopus.
After determining the customer’s status and
the nature of the complaint, we look to achieve mutually
satisfactory solutions. Often times, the customer is most
concerned about clear and honest communication. The customer is
contacting Netopus because they have something to say, and wants
a resolution, usually specifically suggesting a desired result.
Netopus customer service representatives are trained to listen
and respond. Netopus will deliver to the customer what they ask
for whenever possible.
When a Netopus customer makes a complaint
without mentioning a specific desired resolution, Netopus has
trained its customer service representatives to take things to
the next level of service and quality. By identifying the
specific issue complained about, Netopus can make a good
determination of what result will satisfy an aggrieved
customer. Possible solutions involve dedicated tech support, an
in-depth discussion on a billing matter, potentially a bill
adjustment, or ideally offering our valued Netopus customers a
reason to remain with us as long as they can see the results we
deliver to them.
